Do We Need To Change The Way Our Medics Document or does FreedomQA adapt to our process?

Yes. Protecting patient data is our top priority. FreedomQA follows HIPAA guidelines and industry best practices for secure handling of PHI. Unnecessary PHI is never saved to our system and data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Our systems use secure, U.S.-based servers with strict access controls.

How is FreedomQA priced — per provider, per chart, or agency-wide license?
